The starter 'Heaven on Earth' was what the name promised, the blood sausage was one of the tastiest I've ever had. The fried calf's head with the accompanying salad was deliciously fatty and gelatinous, just what I was expecting. The apricot dumplings weren't the best I had, but were tasty nonetheless, the next time I'll go for a different dessert.
Service was polite and fast. 3 courses with 2 beers and tip came to €48.
Came here on our first night in Vienna and we were famished. So glad we did. Friendly staff recommended the local beers that we tried (big hit) and everything that we ordered was DELICIOUS. Very surprised by the taste of the entrée, I believe it was called heaven on earth and boy was it true. Big portions and lovely cozy atmosphere.
I've been here literally hundreds of times for lunch, since the restaurant is near our shared office. The food is always great. Staff is super friendly as well. If you are looking for traditional austrian cuisine this is the place to go.

Typical restaurant in Vienna. We tried the famous Schnitzel and Cordon bleu. I have to say the quantity was huge. We strongly recommend this place. It is a local place with local speciality.
